In partnership with My Climate Plan, the Resilient Together program supports Canadians to take powerful action in their homes, neighbourhoods, and communities to build a climate safe future.
From developing personal climate safety plans, to equipping communities with resources to tackle climate challenges, we’re connecting a movement that spans political and rural-urban divides.
Whether it’s community events to help people build their own low-cost air purifiers for wildfire smoke or hosting heat buddy gatherings to support people in looking after each other during extreme summers, we link individuals and communities to support them in taking action.
Every step brings us closer to a future where no one faces climate impacts alone.
